Villa Roza
Villa Roza is a well appointed, compact villa in a sizeable garden. Oour neighbours are all Bulgarian and generally farming families who go to bed early and get up early. Please keep this in mind during your stay!
External insulation is fitted, making this property comfortable at all times of the year.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also an electric immersion heater for hot water, and climate control units throughout.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double & 1 twin). There are also patio doors & a sun terrace on the upper floor. Shower room is on upstairs landing.
Accommodation
Downstairs there is a small cosy lounge with wood burning stove, kitchen & dining area with table plus 4 chairs. There is a cd/radio available for your use, satellite tv and internet connection.
Linen is provided, but please supply your own towels.
All electricity is included in your rental (apart from long lets ie 8 weeks or over), and villa has air conditioning.
There are a number of shops within walking distance in the village where you can buy most of the day to day items that you will need.
There is also a restaurant and a a bar & disco which doesn't seem to keep any kind of standard hours that we can work out!
All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens, and the house is fully double glazed. There is also a large garden with garden furniture & seating area.
Off road parking.
All beds have duvets and House will be ready for your use on your arrival, with a few staple items to get you started ie tea, coffee, milk, biscuits.
We have a Property Management Service who will 'meet and greet' you either at the airport or at Villa Roza. They are on hand during your stay to help with any problems or enquiries.
