Property Description
This large 5 bedroomed property boasts a massive living area of nearly 1000m2 (10,760 sq ft). There are fantastic views over Ferradura beach and the property is within a 2 minute walk of the beach. The house features two large Master Suites, both with Jacuzzis and three further good-sized bedrooms, all en-suite. All the bedrooms look over the beach. There is a large kitchen, a dining room which seats 10, a sitting room and a cinema room as well as a large games room downstairs. The villa can accommodate 10 adults with its 5 double bedrooms, and in brief comprises: -2 oversized master suites with double beds, jacuzzis and walk-in closets -3 twin/double bedrooms -All bedrooms are en-suite -Living room -Dining room -Well equipped kitchen -Cinema room -Swimming pool with panoramic views of Ferradura Beach -Gazebo with barbeque area -Large games room

Location
The property is located in an elevated position overlooking Ferradura beach, the best beach in Buzios but is less than a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Buzios itself. Buzios is widely regarded as the St Tropez of Brazil, where the beautiful people are to be found enjoying its fine restaurants and other attractions. Buzios is situated on a secluded promontory, with lots of beautiful beaches, the best of which is Ferradura Beach where our property is located.

Maid service, a housekeeper to cook meals and look after the guests and a pool/gardener are at your service.

The Property has its own swimming pool, a heated outside jacuzzi, a home theatre with surround sound, a games room with a pool table and a card table. A refundable security deposit wil be required. Small party pricing availableon request. Discounted car hire available on request. All rates include maid service, a housekeeper for 6 days a week, a pool person/gardener and all utilities. Airport transfers available on request.

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double,3 twin, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 6 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play.
A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
