THERE IS A TENNIS COURT AVAILABLE FOR USE OPPOSITE THE COMPLEX. THERE ARE GLORIOUS MOUNTAIN VIEWS. A RESTAURANT IS ON SITE WITH A BAR, IN CASE YOU DONT FEEL LIKE COOKING.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the IN THE LOUNGE. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

Entertainment:
The villa has television with dvd, satellite or cable. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

THERE ARE SOME STEPS TO THE PROPERTY ON THE PATIO SIDE, BUT THE MAIN DOOR IS ON THE FLAT.

It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Wesley says: "The week we spent in this part of bulgaria was made even more enjoyable by the excellent accomodation this villa has to offer. The location is in a very quiet area, which is ideal if you are the kind of people who do not care for the nightlife, and want a relaxing and peaceful holiday without the disturbance of being kept awake into the small hours due to music and drunken revellars. The villa itself is extremely spacious, and would easily be able to accomodate 8 people (4 of us stayed here and had plenty of room). The pool at the complex was a real asset, and was never crowded, and there was always plenty of sunloungers for everyone. The patio area of the villa was brilliant for sitting outside of an evening, and the view of the pool and the rest of the complex made it even more interesting. The views from the balcony are obscured from the ground floor by the rest of the complex, however the second and third floor bedrooms have views of the black sea coast. The location of the villa is just a 10-15min walk into the town where you can get supplies, and about a 20min walk to the beach. The location doesnt inhibit you from visiting other places along the black sea coast, with easy bus service to the main towns at a very cheap price. I would certainly recommend this villa as a place to stay, as we had a fantastic time, and if we were to visit bulgaria again we would know where to stay. "
